Bihar Government, Home Department (Special Branch) has issued orders for partial lockdown in Bihar. Order No. Memo-G / Aapda-06-02/2020-38
Patna, dated- 04 January 2022 has been issued.
Necessary direction regarding Containment Measures for Covid-19 by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India through the letter No. 40-3/2020-DM-I (A) dated 27.12.2021 by the Home Secretary, Government of India. Instructions have been received. It has been directed in the letter that on the basis of the assessment of the situation, the State Government may take specified measures under the relevant provisions of the Disaster Management Act for the prevention of corona.
Due to the third wave of the corona virus epidemic, there has been an increase in the number of corona positive cases in many states of the country. On 04.01.2022 the current status of corona infection in the state was reviewed. In the course of the review, it was found that there has been an unprecedented increase in the number of corona positive cases in the state also in the last few days.
Therefore, in the context of the present situation, it was decided to impose the following restrictions from 06.01.2022 to 21.01.2022 for comprehensive control over the situations.
सभी सरकारी कार्यालय एवं गैर सरकारी कार्यालय 50 प्रतिशत उपस्थिति के साथ खुलेंगे। सरकारी कार्यालयों में आगंतुकों का प्रवेश वर्जित होगा।
सभी दुकानें एवं प्रतिष्ठान 08.00 बजे रात्रि तक ही खुल सकेंगे।
शिक्षण संस्थान प्री-स्कूल से आठवीं कक्षा तक के लिए विद्यालय एवं कोचिंग - संस्थान बन्द रहेंगे, किन्तु ऑनलाइन शिक्षण दिया जा सकेगा। नौवीं तथा उच्चतर कक्षाओं से सम्बंधित विद्यालय, कोचिंग एवं शिक्षण संस्थान 50 प्रतिशत उपस्थिति के साथ खुल सकेंगे। ऑनलाइन शिक्षण को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
सभी धार्मिक स्थल श्रद्धालुओं / आमजनों के लिए बंद रहेंगे।
सभी सिनेमा हॉल, शॉपिंग मॉल, क्लब, स्विमिंग पूल स्टेडियम, जिम, पार्क एवं उद्यान पूरी तरह बंद रहेंगे।
-रेस्टोरेंट एवं खाने की दुकानों का संचालन आगंतुकों की बैठने की कुल क्षमता के अधिकतम 50% उपयोग के साथ अनुमान्य होगा। सम्बन्धित प्रतिष्ठान यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि उनके सभी कर्मी कोविड के दोनों टीके ले चुके हों।
विवाह समारोह अधिकतम 50 व्यक्तियों की उपस्थिति के साथ आयोजित किए जा सकते हैं, किन्तु इनमें डी०जे० एवं बारात जुलूस की इजाजत नहीं होगी। विवाह की पूर्व सूचना स्थानीय थाने को कम-से-कम 03 दिन पूर्व देनी होगी। अंतिम संस्कार / श्राद्ध कार्यक्रम के लिए भी 50 व्यक्तियों की अधिसीमा रहेगी।
