A very good news is coming for shiksha Mitra of uttar pradesh that very soon government of uttar pradesh going to conduct UP TET Examination in favor of SM of uttar pradesh. Recently Supreme Court of India has given their Judgment on Samayojan process of SM and other related matter. SC said they are agreeing with the decision which was issued by the High Court of Allahabad on SM matter. So SM are no longer work on the posts of Assistant Teacher (sahayak Adhyapak) in government primary school of basic shiksha parishad.
SC Directed to Government of UP to conduct two Teacher eligibility test for all candidates. After that publish the fresh general recruitment notification for Sahayak Adhyapak posts of Parishadiya Prathmik vidyalaya of basic education department of up. After qualify Shiksha Patrata pariksha, these Sikshak Mitra can apply for the posts of assistant teacher.
Its expected that Teacher eligibility test UPTET , Primary Level examination will be held in the month of November and results will be declared in the month of January , February so recruitment process of Assistant Teacher in govt primary school may be started from February – march 2022.
As we know TET is one of the essential qualifications for the appointment of assistant teacher post in government primary and upper primary school. Due to law of RTE, no person will be appointed in teacher posts without qualifying TET. So all those Shiksha Mitra who are TET qualified and those who will qualify upcoming UPTET Examination, they can fill application form for teacher posts.
Those SM who will not qualify TET Examination, they can continue teaching in current school or previous school from where they are appointed as a SM Posts. Till that they will get salary of SM.
Recently Sachiv also issue their order regarding the salary of Samayojan shiksha Mitra. They said SM will get salary upto 25 July 2017 so it’s clear that after 25 July they will get salary of Shiksha Mitra.
Another news is also coming about government may give Experience weightage for shiksha Mitra in upcoming teacher recruitment. This weight may vary upto 25 marks in merit preparation of government primary school vacancy.
As we know assistant teacher recruitment merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in High school, Intermediate, graduation, and BTC. Now shiksha Mitra applicant will get weightage for their experience so they can easily survive with new applicant and they will be also selected for primary teacher posts.

समायोजन रद्द होने से नाराज शिक्षामित्र 25 अगस्त को दिल्ली में जंतर-मंतर पर प्रदर्शन करेंगे। उत्तर प्रदेश दूरस्थ बीटीसी शिक्षक संघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अनिल यादव ने कहा कि प्रख्यात गांधीवादी व समाजसेवी अन्ना हजारे उनके प्रदर्शन का नेतृत्व करेंगे। इसके लिए हजारे से बात भी की जा चुकी है।
रविवार को ग्लोब पार्क में हुई संघ की प्रांतीय कमेटी की बैठक में यादव ने कहा कि शिक्षामित्रों को राहत देने के लिए सरकार अध्यादेश लाए। इससे कम उन्हें कुछ भी मंजूर नहीं।
शिक्षामित्र 15 अगस्त को पूरे प्रदेश में मौन जुलूस निकालेंगे, 16 अगस्त को भाजपा के सांसद, मंत्री और विधायकों को अध्यादेश लाने के लिए ज्ञापन देंगे और 17 अगस्त से ‘संकल्प पत्र पूरा करो, शिक्षामित्रों के लिए अध्यादेश लाओ’ नारे के साथ प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में भाजपा कार्यालयों पर क्रमिक अनशन करेंगे।
*इलाहाबाद कोर्ट के फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सही ठहराया था*
बीते 26 जुलाई को अच्छे शिक्षको की नितांत आवश्यकता बताते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने उत्तर प्रदेश में बतौर सहायक शिक्षक शिक्षामित्रों के समायोजन को निरस्त करने के इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को सही ठहराया था।
हालांकि शीर्ष अदालत ने शिक्षामित्रों को राहत देते हुए कहा था कि अगर ये शिक्षामित्र टीईटी (सहायक शिक्षक के लिए जरूरी अर्हता) पास हैं या भविष्य में पास कर लेते हैं तो सहायक शिक्षकों के लिए होने वाली दो नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में उन पर विचार किया जाना चाहिए। साथ ही यह भी कहा था कि राज्य सरकार चाहे तो समायोजन के पूर्व की स्थिति में शिक्षामित्रों की सेवा जारी रख सकती है।
न्यायमूर्ति आदर्श कुमार गोयल और न्यायमूर्ति यूयू ललित की पीठ ने हाईकोर्ट के आदेश को तो सही ठहराया लेकिन कहा कि सहायक शिक्षकों के तौर पर समायोजित किए गए शिक्षामित्रों को रियायत मिलनी चाहिए।
पीठ ने अपने फैसले में कहा था कि मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए सहायक शिक्षकों की होने वाली दो लगातार नियुक्ति प्रक्रियाओं में टीईटी पास शिक्षामित्रों पर विचार किया चाहिए। संबंधित अथॉरिटी चाहे तो इसमें शिक्षामित्रों को आयुसीमा में छूट दे सकती है और उनके तजुर्बे को वेटेज दे सकती है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 17 मई को उत्तर प्रदेश के 1.78 लाख शिक्षामित्रों पर अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने 12 सिंतबर 2015 को इन शिक्षामित्रों का सहायक शिक्षक के तौर पर समायोजन रद्द कर दिया था। इस फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी गई थी।
*इसलिए किया जा रहा है 25 जुलाई तक के वेतन का भुगतान*
मामले में सचिव संजय सिन्हा ने स्थिति स्पष्ट करते हुए दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का निर्णय 25 जुलाई को दोपहर के वक्त आया था। इसलिए सहायक अध्यापक पद पर समायोजित शिक्षामित्रों को 25 जुलाई तक का वेतन भुगतान किया जा सकता है।
सचिव ने सभी जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारियों और बेसिक शिक्षा के वित्त एवं लेखाधिकारियों को निर्देश जारी किए हैं कि वेतन भुगतान अविलंब कर दिया जाएगा।
हालांकि इस बाबत स्थिति स्पष्ट नहीं की गई है कि शिक्षामित्रों को सहायक अध्यापक पद का वेतन भुगतान बंद होने के बाद कितना मानदेय मिलेगा। हालांकि समायोजन से पूर्व उन्हें प्रतिमाह 3500 रुपये मानदेय के रूप में दिए जा रहे थे
