Rajya nirvachan ayog uttar pradesh published the official notification regarding the adding new name in voter list, and revision of voter list for upcoming Gram panchayat election 2022. Nirvachan ayog also provided facility of re issuing voter ID card after the verification and enquiry by BLO of concerned areas. Revision of voter list has been started from 1 June and all tasks will be completed till the last date 2022. BLO of concerned area will do work related of changing the voter list , amendment in voter list , deletion of any death person name from voter list (Matdata Suchi) . so all citizens of uttar pradesh who completed minimum 18 year age limit they can apply through you BLO for adding your name in Voter list.  These facilities will be also available at the official website of state election commission Up official Nic website. Required document for adding Name in voter List: Applicants are required submit there ID proof Details, Address Proof Details, and Date of Birth. Applicant are required to scan these document after that upload these document online and submit application form for completing the application form. Don’t forget taking printout of dully filled application form.

Candidates can check there application form status online. Current status of application will be publish online after entering your registration no. if your application form is accepted then status will be updated online in case your application has been rejected then reason of rejection will be also updated online.
