State election commission (Rajya Chunav ayog) now started the preparation for nagar Nigam election 2022. Recently SEC UP published the official notification for the correction and revision of Matdata Suchi / Voter list. Recently UPSEC conducted panchayat election 2022. Now commission started the preparation for election of nagar Nigam, nagar palika, nagar parishad , and nagar panchayat . Notification for nagariya nikay Chunav will be published after the correction of the Voter List. Upcoming nagar nikay Chunav will be held after the state assembly election (vidhan sabha Chunav 2022) election. All eligible citizen can registered their name in voter list between June to November 2022.
Chief election commissioner said that its expected that vidhan sabha Chunav most probably will be held in the month of march after that government will conduct nagar Nigam election. he said correction and amendment of voter list is one of the biggest challenge before conducting the nikay election. That’s why UP SEC published the notification for punrikshan on a large scale for the preparation of new voter list. Under the revision process all eligible citizen who are living in the area of nagar nikay they can fill application for adding their name in voter list . Minimum age for adding name in voter list is 18 year. All those citizen who want use their vote in upcoming election and not having 18 year age limit or they are going to complete 18 year age at the end of 2022 they can fill application form in the month of December / January 2022.
BLO booth level officer will do door to door survey for adding new name, deleting old and duplicate name. if a voter name is listed in nagar nikay voter list as well as nagar panchayat voter list then such voter will be consider as panchayat voter and name from nikay voter list will be deleted.
Election will use D duplication software for identification of duplicate name in voter list. Approximately 5 % names are duplicate and listed in voter list. Name, father name age, sex are similar of such voter. Election commission will investigate and delete all the name of such fraud voters. Draft of voter list will be published on 18 august. Voter can check their name. If found any duplicacy in voter list then you complaint and fill registration form till the august 2022. All complaint will be redress till the 2022 . Final voter list for upcoming nagar nikay election will be published on 10 September 2022.
How to apply for online for adding name in voter list
All eligible candidates who completed 18 year age and want register their name in voter list they can fill online registration form adding their name in voter List. Resident of urban area can fill application form online at the official website of SEC UP which is sec.up.nic.in
Online registration process will be started from 15 June and last date of application form submission IS ......... After filling application form BLO will come at your home and verify your details between .............. If all the details will found correct then your name will added in voter list. You can also check the details like name, phone no of BLO, sector officer of you area.
If you registered you mobile no then all details will come on your mobile no. SEC Up decided to take Aadhaar card no for all voters. Commission will send all the details like voting date, respiration, results etc through sms on your registration mobile no.

A very good news now coming for the
upcoming UP municipal corporation election now going to held in the
month of December 2022. Election commission of uttar pradesh now started the
preparation for nagar Nigam, nagar palika parishad, Nagar panchayat
Chunav 2022. ECI UP will conduct nagar Nigam election in mid of June and
results (Chunav parinam) will be announced in the first week of December 2022. Election of Nagar Nigam will be held through EVM electronics
voting machine, and election for nagar panchayat will be done from
Ballet paper. EVM will be come from other states. All those cities
where Population is more then 10 lakh, there are 120 wards but
population of Allahabad district is approximately 18 lakh but there are
only 80 wards. However the Jan Sankhya of Allahabad city is 17 lakh.
Previously it was proposed that Chunav ayog will not conduct new
delimitation but now government started the new parisiman for upcoming
Chunav. Its seems that election will be held one the basis of new
parisiman. This time area of Municipal Corporation is now going to
expend.
Most probably notification of nagar panchayat, Nagar palika, and parishad will be published in the month of December 2022.
Government
now started colleting data for employee and it’s expected that data
feeding work will be completed in the mid of December 2022. After that
Rajya Chunav ayog of uttar pradesh will impose model code of conduct
(adarsh achar sanhita) for the political party and candidates of parshad
Chunav.

उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त एसके अग्रवाल ने आज निकाय चुनाव के मतदान की तिथि घोषित की। उन्होंने बताया कि इस बार भी मतदान ईवीएम से ही होगा।
लखनऊ (जेएनएन)। उत्तर प्रदेश में निकाय चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी हो गई है। प्रदेश में 22 नवंबर से निकाय चुनाव तीन चरण में होंगे। मतदान सुबह 7.30 से शाम 5 बजे तक होगा।
उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त एसके अग्रवाल ने आज निकाय चुनाव के मतदान की तिथि घोषित की। उन्होंने बताया कि इस बात भी मतदान ईवीएम से ही होगा। पहले चरण का मतदान मतदान 22 नवंबर, दूसरे चरण का 26, नवंबर और तीसरे चरण का 29 नवंबर को मतदान होगा।
पहले चरण के मतदान में 5 नगर निगम व 71 नगर पालिका शामिल हैं। दूसरे चरण का मतदान 26 नवम्बर होगा। जिसमें 51 नगर निगम व नगर पालिका तथा 131 नगर पंचायत 131 शामिल हैं। पहले चरण का मतदान मतदान 22 नवंबर, दूसरे चरण का 26, नवंबर और तीसरे चरण का 29 नवंबर को मतदान होगा।
पहले चरण में 22 नवंबर को 24 जिलों में मतदान होगा। दूसरे चरण में 26 नवंबर को 25 जिले वोट पड़ेगे। तीसरे तथा अंतिम चरण का मतदान 29 नवंबर को होगा, जिसमें 26 जिले के मतदाता शामिल होंगे।
अग्रवाल ने बताया कि 16 नगर निगम व 198 नगर पालिका के साथ ही 438 नगर पंचायत में मतदान होगा। इसके लिए प्रदेश भर में 11389 पोलिंग स्टेशन बनाए गए हैं। नगर पालिका व नगर पंचायत में बैलेट पेपर से चुनाव होंगे।
मतगणना एक दिसंबर को सुबह आठ बजे से होगी। राज्य सरकार ने निर्वाचन आयोग को चुनाव कार्यक्रम भेज दिया है। आयोग ने इसी आधार पर आज अधिसूचना जारी की। इस बार 653 निकायों में 12007 वार्डों में चुनाव होगा। मेयर की 16 सीटों, पालिका परिषद चेयरमैन की 199 तथा नगर पंचायत की 429 सीटों पर मतदान होना है। 10 % मतदान केंद्रों को अति संवेदनशील श्रेणी में रखा गया है। इन केंद्रों की वीडियोग्राफी भी कराई जाएगी। नगर निगम के चुनाव ईवीएम से जबकि नगर पालिका परिषद व नगर पंचायत के चुनाव बैलेट पेपर से होंगे। बैलेट पेपर पर प्रत्यशी की फोटो भी होगी।
राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त एसके अग्रवाल ने बताया कि आज आचार संहिता लागू हो गयी है। अब किसी भी ट्रांसफर, प्रमोशन व नियुक्ति पर रोक लगा दी गई है। किसी विषम परिस्थिति में राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग की अनुमति लेनी होगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस बार निकाय चुनाव राज्य सरकार के संसाधन से होंगे। हम बाहर से फोर्स नही लेंगे। आज से एक दिसम्बर तक सभी जिलाधिकारी, एसपी व एसएसपी जिला छोड़कर कही नही जायेंगे। उनकी सारी छुट्टी कैंसिल कर दी गई है।
