Notification for inviting online application form for Probationary officer
posts. Total no of vacancies are 400 including different categories.
Application form is invited online from the eligible candidates. All eligible
candidates who hold the eligibility criteria they can fill application form from 1 April 2017. Last date of application form submission is 1 May 2017.
Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through online examination
which will be held on 27 May 2017

Eligibility criteria: age limit - 20 to 28 year as on 1
April 2017
Education qualification: graduation degree with minimum 55%
marks.
Selection Procedure: selection of the eligible candidates
will be based on through written examination. First of all candidates are
required to complete 9 months on campus program from Manipal university. after
completing the course successfully selected candidates would be awarded a post
graduate certificate in banking and fiancé and will be offered appointment in
the Bank as Probationary Officer in Junior Management Grade / Scale-I. However,
immediately after joining the Bank, a -3- (three) months Work Integrated
Learning (WIL) in the form of On the Job Training will
have to be carried out by the candidate at a Bank of Baroda branch, the
completion of which will lead to the award of a Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking
& Finance by Manipal university.
Selection for this program strictly based on the merit of
online examination (objective + descriptive) followed by Psychometric
Assessment, Group Discussion and Personal Interview
