High court of Judicature at Bombay published the official recruitment Notification for personal assistant in the HC Bombay and its benches at Nagpur and Aurangabad. All eligible candidates can fill application form online. There are 76 posts for PA in Bombay HC, 24 posts for Nagpur bench and 8 posts for Aurangabad bench. Eligibility criteria: age limit - 21 to 38 years on the date of publication this advertisement.
Education qualification: graduation degree and possess government commercial certificate of have passed examination or ITI for speed of 120 WPM or above in English shorthand and 50 WPM inn English typing. And knowledge of computer
Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the shorthand, typing test and personal interview test. The shorthand and typing test will be 40 marks each and personal interview test will carry maximum 20 marks
Minimum passing marks for short hand test and typing test will be 20 each. The shorthand transcription and typing test will be taken on computer.
Examination will be comprise following three parts
Part 1 - dictation of two passages in English contains total 600 words for transcription to ascertain the speed in shorthand
Part 2 : a passage in English contain 500 words for typing to ascertain the speed in typing
Part 3 – viva voce
