VidyaGyan Yojana is a non-government scheme to provide excellent residential and free education to poor students.

What is VidyaGyan Scheme?
Absolutely free world class residential school facility is provided under VidyaGyan School Scheme. Under this scheme admission is taken in class 6. The preliminary written examination for admission will be held on 18 December 2022.
how to apply ?
In the academic year 2022-23, if your boy / girl child is studying in class 5 in a government / aided and recognized private primary school located in rural areas of Uttar Pradesh and you are a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh rural areas and the annual family income is one lakh. If less than Rs., then visit www.vidyagyan.in/admissions-2023 for eligibility and application form of your promising student.
The application forms will be available on the website of the District Basic Education Officer / Block Education Officer / Government / Aided / Recognized Primary School located in rural areas as well as on the website of VidyaGyan.
Eligibility for class 6 : Age as on 31st March 2023
Minimum 10 years and maximum 11 years for the child
Minimum 10 years and maximum 12 years for girl child
Educational eligibility
Students studying in class 5 after passing class 3 and 4 from government / aided / recognized private primary school located in rural areas

The last date to submit the application form to the Block Education Officer office is 08 November 2022.

Selection Process for VidyaGyan Scheme
Admission in Vidyagyan Yojana is given in class 6. The preliminary written examination will be in physical format.

Student Selection Process
Students from rural, low income families: parent’s income less than Rs. 100,000 per annum. Families are required to present a valid income certificate.
Selection process is based on the results of the entrance tests administered by VidyaGyan

Student have to go through a preliminary and final test
