Applications have been sought for the artisans/craftsmen of Matikala to get free electric powered chalk in Prayagraj district.
In the financial year 2022-23, assistance will be provided to the traditional artisans of Matikala, who earn their living by making pottery, toys, sculptures etc. by the Uttar Pradesh Matikala Board. The target of providing 65 free electric powered chalks for the district Prayagraj has been achieved.
ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION
Artisans and craftsmen who are in the age group of 18 to 55 years doing work related to clay art under Kumhari art can apply for this.
How to apply
Traditionally interested artisans can submit their application along with the following attachments to the office of District Village Industries Officer, 59, New Katra, to get free electric powered chalk.
Required paper
- Aadhar Card,
- passport size photo,
- caste certificate,
- residence certificate,
- Certificate related to earthwork by the village head,
- experience certificate
- educational certificate
