RTE quota admission in private schools in UP 2022 Application Form, Notification rte25.upsdc.gov.in

All parents who want enroll their children in leading private school; they can now fill admission application form for such private school under the RTE quota.  Government will pay fee of admission under the RTE quota.  Their 25% seats in each private school are reserved for poor students who are not able to bear the expenditure of education and tuition fee of private schools.
RTE refers Right to Education and this act is passed by Central Government. The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act' or 'Right to Education Act also known as RTE', is an Act of the Parliament of India enacted on 4 August 2009, which describes the modalities of the importance of free and compulsory education for children between 6 and 14 in India under Article 21A of the Indian Constitution.
Admission process for private school through RTE quota has been started from 2 March 2022 in each district.  Admission process will be completed till the last date  30 June 2022

1st phase of application process under the (RTE) for the upcoming academic session, 2022-23 in Uttar Pradesh has been started from 1 march. In first phase the application process will be completed on 30 March 2022. Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through lottery system.  Lottery will be drawn on 30  march and admission process will be completed on 5 April 2022.
As per RTE, there is a reservation of 25% seats in private schools for children who belong to economically and socially disadvantaged sections of society. 
The second phase of application process will begin on 2 April; 2022  and end on April 23 .  The lotteries for phase 2 will be drawn on April 28. The third phase of application will begin on may 2 and end on June 10. 
The final phase of application process will be held between May 11 and June 15.
Last year, CM of UP mr Akhilesh Yadav had instructed to basic shiksha vibhag to digitalize the application process for applicants under RTE. The online system for application is expected to quicken the application process and increase the number of applicants from economically weaker sections.

Seats under the RTE Quota: Uttar Pradesh, currently, has the potential of 6 lakh children to be enrolled under RTE. The digitalization of the whole process will increase the number of applicants and will also reduce the time required to carry out the whole process.
According to data available, there were more than 21,000 applicants under RTE in UP last year out of which 15,626 applicants were given admission to private schools. This number was almost three times higher than 2022 when only 4400 children got admission in over 500 private schools in the state.

How to apply: all eligible candidates / students who want take admission in private school under the RTE quota, they can fill application form online at the official website of Basic education department. People who find it difficult to apply online, can always obtain application form from the office of Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA). It will be the responsibility of the BSA to upload the completed application form in the database.
