The Election Commission has provided many types of facilities to the voters online as well as offline. If you have a smartphone or laptop, then just by visiting the website of the Election Commission, you can take advantage of many facilities related to votes.
Apart from this, you can also take advantage of these facilities by downloading the 'Voter Helpline App' of the Election Commission on the Play Store.
How to check your name in voter list
You will be able to see your name in the voter list sitting at home. As soon as you tick the search option on the Voter Helpline App, Search by Bar Code, Search by Detail, Search by Epic Number will come on the mobile.
On Search by Detail, you have to fill your name, father's name, age, gender, state, district and assembly constituency.
If you fill everything correctly under the name entered in the voter list, then your complete details will come immediately. In this, apart from your name, age, the name of the assembly constituency, booth will come. You can download it, take a print out or save it in mobile.
On the basis of this, you can also go to your booth and vote.
How to search voter slip by epic number
If you remember the EPIC number, then immediately go to this option and write only the EPIC number, immediately your slip will be open.
Sometimes there is a delay in opening the app due to loading. However, this situation does not always last. Through this app, you can send complaints to the commission and get many other facilities.
Can view voter list
You can check your name in voter list by contacting BLO of your area. If you are not able to reach the BLO, then you can see the voter list by coming to the election office located at Vikas Bhawan or the office of the Electoral Registration Officer in Tehsil.
