A mandate has been issued regarding the placement of 01 Block Quality Coordinator (Quality Coordinator) per block through outsourcing on contract for the purpose of proper monitoring of management works for the smooth execution of the activities conducted under Samagra Shiksha. .
Under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, one quality co-ordinator will be appointed per block in all 75 districts of the state for the purpose of smooth execution of activities and proper monitoring of management related works.
One Quality Coordinator (Quality Coordinator) is being recruited per block in 821 Block Resource Centers and 59 Town Resource Centers i.e. total 880 Block Resource Centers / Town Resource Centers.
Quality Co-ordinator Will be appointed on contract (through outsourcing) on fixed honorarium.
Regarding the placement of personnel through outsourcing, the compliance of the provision in the mandates issued by the Department of Labor, Personnel, Finance and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises will be ensured.
In relation to the service providers available for tender for keeping the Quality Coordinator on contract basis, it should be ensured that no service provider agency is blacklisted.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop Block Resource Centers as Project Management Units (PMU Units) at the block level for successful and smooth implementation of state-run schemes. In this regard, 821 Block Resource Centers and 59 Town Resource Centers in all 75 districts of the state, thus it is very necessary to have 01 Block Quality Coordinator per block in total 880 Block Resource Centers/City Resource Centers.

Education Qualification - MBA Or PGDM Or Master of Commerce Or Master of Management Studies Or PG Diploma in Project Management
Technical Qualification : Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot, Subtotal, Experience-1 Year of experience after post-graduation in a similar field Shorting, Filter)
Languages - Hindi & English both Writing and Speaking
Age Limit-23-40 Year (Till 31.03.2021)
Similarly, the following works will be done by the quality coordinator in each block:
Coordination and communication of works executed under Mission Prerna at block level between districts and schools
Editing of Quarterly Assessment Test (SAT) and updation and monitoring of data on Prerna Portal.
Ensuring the use of Diksha App, Portal and Materials by all the teachers; Analysis of actual data of training, student training etc.
Promote and monitor e-education run by the department
Monitoring of all academic records like weekly calendar, print rich material, TLM, Supportive Supervision etc. to be used in schools under teaching mission Prerna.
To ensure monitoring of all the schemes executed by the Basic Education Department. To achieve the goal of developing the block as a motivational block in the stipulated time.
Receiving. To provide reports on daily monitoring of related learning outcomes, Operation Kayakalp, Nishtha, Sharda, Samarth Portal etc. on Prerna Portal. To review the transfer, dispatch of data by doing technical coordination between District Project Office / Block Education Officer's office.
Consolidation data in the block, monitoring of continuous updation of school budget data on Prerna portal and monitoring of continuous updation of data on PMS/PFMS portal
Continuous monitoring of updation of data of out-of-school children, disabled boys and girls against the set target
To perform other tasks given by the Department and Block Education Officer.
