The Social Welfare Department, SWD, Government of Bihar has started Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme.
Following are the major features of Indira Gandhi National Disability IGNDPS Pension Scheme.
Amount to be received under Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme:
BPL Person with disability of 80 percent or more disability in the age group of 18-79 years or more of the family will get Rs. Pension is given at the rate of 400 per month.
Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme Eligibility/Condition:
BPL Certificate of being a member of the family and a disabled person with 80 percent or more disability
Procedure for application of Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme:
In the prescribed application form, in the Gram Panchayat / Janpad Panchayat in the rural area of your original residence, in the office of the Municipal Corporation / Municipality / Nagar Panchayat in the urban area.
Submit it along with disability certificate.
