Life certificates of central government pensioners will be submitted online from October. All preparations have been made for this.
Pensioners who are 80 years and above will be able to submit their life certificates online from October 1. This facility will continue till November 30, . Other pensioners will be given the facility to submit life certificate from November 1 to November 30.
How will the life certificate of a pensioner of 80 years or more be submitted?
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has directed the Head Post Offices to set up centers for collecting life certificates. Apart from this, instructions have also been issued to reactivate all inactive IDs. The ministry has also asked the Common Service Centers (CSCs) to provide the facility of submission of life certificates by September 20.
