JHARKHAND ACADEMIC COUNCIL, RANCHI has issued notification number 21/2022 regarding registration and submission of examination application form for Madrasa Examination, 2022
Hereby all the students, parents, head clerics and concerned officials, who are registered for the examination 2022 from Varg Vastaniya to Maulvi, are informed that they should register themselves on jac jharkhand as soon as possible. Examination application forms will be accepted online through the Council's website www.jac.jharkhand.gov.in as per the following schedule:

After the following stipulated date, no action will be taken for registration and submission of examination application form.
The steps for online registration are as follows:
Download the registration and examination form available on the website of the madrasa head council and give it to all the students. In the above form, all the students will fill their details and submit it to the madrasa.
The madrasa head will perform the tasks related to registration and filling the examination form using the login ID and password of the madrasa already acquired.
After filling the form of all the students, it will be mandatory to generate a challan for depositing the fee.
The said challan can be deposited in any branch of Indian Bank.

After two days of depositing the fee, it will be mandatory to submit the consolidated statement of students, checklist countersigned by the student, consolidated statement, challan receipt and all other related documents to the council office.
The registration and examination application forms for Alim, Alim (Pra) and Fazil Examination, 2022 will be accepted in the respective council office as follows.

1. Only regular students will be registered in Varg Vastani.
2. As on 01.03.2021 the age limit should be 12 years for Varg Vastani, 14 years for Faukanis and 16 years for Maulvi.
For date of birth verification, it will be mandatory to submit a copy of the birth certificate (issued by the competent authority) on demand.
3. Upload only color photo for registration application.
4. It is mandatory for non-collegiate students to take permission from the council to appear in the examination. Whose data is to be prepared separately. While filling the examination application form, it will be mandatory for the non-collegiate students to give an undertaking by the court to the effect that in the meantime they have not taken education from any other institution. Along with this, the residential and conduct certificate issued by the competent authority will also be necessary.
5. Registration application form will not be accepted after the due date under any circumstances.
6. Registration application sent by post will not be accepted under any circumstances.
7. It will be mandatory to submit all the mandatory documents along with the registration application form to the council office when asked for by the council.
8 The examination application form will be accepted of only those students whose registration application form has been filled.
