Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Applicant must be resident of Uttar Pradesh.
Educational qualification is not compulsory.
In the last 2 years, the applicant has not received any benefit in relation to the toolkit from the Central Government or the State Government.
As per the scheme, the applicant or any member of his family
will be eligible to apply for the scheme only once. Family means husband and
wife.
An affidavit has to be submitted to meet the eligibility
criteria under the scheme
Caste will not be the only basis for eligibility under the scheme.
Such persons will also be eligible to get benefits under the scheme, which is different from the traditional working class. It will be mandatory for such applicants to present the certificate issued by the village head, president of the Nagar Panchayat or Municipality / Municipal Corporation as proof of being connected with the traditional Karigari.
Guidelines for filling online application by the
applicant in UP
1. Firstly the applicant will start his registration through
the available link "New User Registration" by going to the login ->
applicant login option available on the portal (https://diupmsme.upsdc.gov.in/)
for online application.
2. After this, a new popup page will open on the portal, on
which the applicant will fill all the fields, including the name of the scheme (the
scheme in which to apply), the name of the applicant, father's date of birth, email
number, and the name of the district. , Security code (captcha) is included.
3. If the applicant has registered in the past, then he
should come directly to the registered user login and get the user ID from
serial number 2. After entering the password and captcha will click the login
button.
4. After this, the applicant will change his password and
again go to the login page of the portal and login with his user ID and new
password.
5. The applicant can get the list of all the mandatory
attachments on the schemes available on the portal by clicking on the relevant
scheme coming in the "Important Instructions for Online Beneficiary Scheme".
6. All the material uploaded by the applicant should be
clearly and clearly visible. If the applicant is not uploaded by tradition, then
such applications will be given portal for uploading again to the applicant. In
the event of otherwise the application may be rejected.
7. The applicant shall ensure to enter the e-form (before
making an entry that the scanned copy (JPEG / PDF) of all the necessary
documents / attachments in it, whose size is 300 K8 or less and the latest
photo of passport size whose size is 20 KB or less, he must have the same.
8. After this, the applicant will fill the e-form (online
application) in the following three steps - the applicant will enter all the
fields available in the e-form (online application).
4. Uploading of all attachments as per the plan. Take a
print out of the affidavit (if required in the scheme) and upload the attested
copy from the notary.
9. After this, the applicant should take a print out of the
draft copy of the application and properly check all the entries, if there is
any kind of error in the application, then it should be corrected by going to
the respective option.
10. All attachments uploaded by the applicant should be
clearly and clearly displayed on the portal.
11. After this, go to the option per application and submit
the final. Once the final is submitted, the application cannot be modified.
12. After submitting the final application, take a printout
of the copy of the application.
13. The applicant can obtain the updated status of the application by marking the application number on the "Application Status" available on the portal.
