2021 regarding the recruitment of MIS Block Coordinator post.

Subject: Regarding the placing of 01 Block MIS
Coordinator on contract (through outsourcing) for the purpose of smooth
execution of activities and proper monitoring of management functions under
overall education.

number: 1823 / 68- 5-2000, Basic Education Section-5, , should

Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan are smoothly For the purpose of proper monitoring of
the execution and management related tasks, in all 75 districts of the state, 821
block resource centers and 59 city resource centers, ie 880 block resource
centers / city resource centers, 1 MIS co-ordinator contract per block (out

Thus, in a total of 880 block resource centers / city
resource centers, on 1 MIS co-Coordinator contract per block (through out
sourcing), a fixed amount of Rs. 16000 / - pm
Total Number of vacancy: 880
Salary Details: 16000 Per Month on Contact basis for 1 year
The expenditure on the above posts / selection process will
be borne by the Consumable office expenses of DPO Management under Program
Management (MMER) under the overall education.

Job Responsibility
Real-Time updation and maintenance of Manav Sampada Portal
for teacher's establishment issues like salary leave management, service book
updation, transfer posting supervision.
Updation of U-dise plus by collecting the data capture
formats from all organizations.
Updation of infrastructure-related data or real-time
updation of budget-related data of school in Prerna Portal, and on PMS and PFMS
Postal.
Updation of Quality Supervision and learning outcome data
and analysis of Dashboard at the block level for quality representing
indicators
Real-time updation and maintenance of data of Out of
Schoolchildren (OSC), Divyang Children, and Girls students for respective
Portals.
Collation of information on websites Social Media etc. And
presenting data to the district and to the schools as directed by the
department and the BEOs.
Coordinate all IT, MIS, and Data related issues at the block level.
Updation of progress of construction of infrastructural
works, civil works and works under operation Kayakalp on concerned portals and
on Prerna App.
Any other work assigns by BEOs and the department..
General Terms & Conditions:
1. Consolidated emoluments @ Rs.16,000/- per month for Block
MIS Coordinator will be paid.
2- Depending upon the requirements of the Department, the
services of the candidates can be utilized in other areas/offices. 3- Selected
Candidates will have to produce the original documents relating to their age,
qualifications, experience and fitness, etc., before joining
the position to which they are selected.
4. Impersonation or submission of false / fabricated / tampered
documents or making incorrect / false statements by a candidate, will, in
addition to debarring him / her permanently or for a specific period from any
employment, shall also render him/her liable for criminal prosecution.
5. Canvassing in any form by or on behalf of the candidate will lead to disqualification.
