First of all, for the registration of Birth Certificate, citizens are required to logon http://e-nagarsewaup.gov.in/ulbapps

Submit all the details and create your login ID which will be your Mobile and password will be sent on your mobile. 

After that login in your account via using your mobile no and password.

Then fill registration and completed the application form.

After completing the application you will get a confirmation SMS. 

Get birth certificate from CSC : CSC is the acronym of citizen service center which is also known as Lok vani Kendra.  You can also submit your application form at the CSC. CSC are the authorized cyber cafes those   perform the task of the Nagar Nigam operator. They are provided with all the guidelines & forms to fill the registration form in accordance to the information provided by the citizen.

A separate account is maintained through which the CSCs collect the payment from the citizen. This is then later submitted to the Nagar Nigam.
