सरकार की सबसे लोक लुभावन योजना बेरोजगारी भत्ता एक बार फिर शुरू करने की कवायद शुरू हो गई है। युवाओं को जोड़ने की इस योजना को लेकर नई गाइड लाइन तैयार की जा रही है। उन्हीं बेरोजगारों को भत्ता मिलेगा जिनका फोटोयुक्त पंजीयन सेवायोजन विभाग में होगा। इसके लिए राजधानी समेत प्रदेश के सभी सेवायोजन कार्यालयों में ऑनलाइन पंजीयन केंद्र खोल दिए गए हैं।
बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना को फुलप्रूफ बनाने और बेरोजगारों की संख्या के सही आकलन के लिए सेवायोजन विभाग ने वेबपोर्टल के जरिए ऑनलाइन पंजीयन और नवीनीकरण करने की व्यवस्था की है। बेरोजगार सीधे सेवायोजन.ओआरजी पर घर बैठे पंजीयन और नवीनीकरण करा सकेंगे। वेबपोर्टल पर न केवल पंजीयन और नवीनीकरण होगा बल्कि नौकरी की जानकारी भी मिलेगी। अधिक से अधिक बेरोजगारों को ऑनलाइन पंजीयन और नवीनीकरण के लिए राजधानी समेत प्रदेश के सभी 92 सेवायोजन कार्यालयों में ऑनलाइन पंजीयन केंद्र भी शुरू हो गए हैं।
पंजीयन और नवीनीकरण के दौरान बेरोजगारों को न केवल अपनी फोटो देनी होगी बल्कि उन्हें मोबाइल नंबर भी दर्ज कराना होगा। वर्तमान में राजधानी समेत प्रदेश में 70 लाख बेरोजगार पंजीकृत हैं।

1 अप्रैल 2014 से निरस्त है योजना : सरकार ने 31 अगस्त 2012 तक पंजीकृत 25 से 40 वर्ष आयु वाले बेरोजगारों को एक हजार रुपये महीने देना शुरू किया था। तीन महीने का भत्ता सीधे उनके खाते में भेज दिया जाता था। 12 लाख बेरोजगारों को भत्ता देने के लिए 2012-13 के 1100 करोड़ और वर्ष 2013-14 के बजट में 1600 करोड़ रुपए का प्रावधान किया गया। पिछले बजट में 31 मार्च 2014 के बाद से भत्ता देने की योजना सरकार ने निरस्त कर दी थी।
