Salary

• For the post no. 1 (Professor)- Pay scale  Rs 37400-67000 +Grad pay Rs 10000 .
• For the post no. 2 (Associate Professor) - Pay scale  Rs 37400-67000 +Grad pay Rs 9000
• For the post no. 3 (Assistant Professor  )- Pay scale  Rs 15600-391000 +Grad pay Rs 8000

Eligibility Criteria for CGPSC Latest Teaching vacancies

Age Limit (should be according to 1 January )

For the post no. 3 (Assistant Professor) and 5 (Lecturer) age should be in between 21 to 30 years as on  1/1/2015 . but it will be 35 years  for Chhattisgarh resident .
For the post no. 2 (Associate Professor  ) age should not be more than 50 years .
For the post no. 1 (Professor) and 4 (Head of the Department (HOD)) age should not be more than 58 years .

For remaining post age should be 38 years .

Education Qualification Criteria –
For  the post of   Professor  and  Associate Professor  candidate must have the degree of  B.E./BTech. And M.E./MTech. With P.H.D. in required subject from Engineering Collage . 10 years Experience should be in the field of teaching/industry /research for the professor post . . 5 years Experience should be in the field of teaching/industry /research for the Associate professor post .

For  the post of  Head of the Department (HOD)  candidate must have the degree of  Post Graduation in Relevant  Engineering / Information Technology  (I.T.)

For  the post of  Training and Placement Officer  candidate must have the degree of M.B.A. (with 1st    division) / any degree equivalent to it .

For  the post of  Assistant Workshop Superintended  candidate must have the degree in Mechanical  Engineering / Information Technology  (I.T.)

Selection Process /Selection Procedure  /exam pattern  : selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination followed by personal interview test . question paper pattern of the written examination as are following.

Online written examination (total marks -300)
Interview (total marks -30)

Modal Question paper for Online written examination
Part 1- General Knowledge (related to c Chhattisgarh) – 50 question -100 marks
Part2- related subject -100 question -200 marks
Total no. of question -150
Total time – 3 hours
