BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LIMITED (BHEL) going to publish the official recruitment notification advertisement  for inviting online application for ENGINEER TRAINEE  selection of the eligible candidates will be based on THROUGH GATE Score -2019-20.  

BHEL published the recruitment notification for recruitment of different engineering disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Metallurgical Engineering in the

fields of Power, Industry, Transmission, Transportation and Non-conventional Energy.

Salary 

During training

         basic pay of Rs 20600/- in the pay scale  of Rs 20600-46500/-

         After successful training

pay scale of Rs 24900- 50500/- with a basic pay of Rs 24900/-

Eligibility criteria : Educational Qualifications 

Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology or Five year integrated  Master’s degree or Dual Degree programme in Engineering or Technology

in the disciplines of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute . 

 Age Limit ( in years) as on 01/09/2019

27 Years  (Candidates born before 01/09/1992 are not eligible to apply)

29 years (candidates having two years full time Post Graduate in Engineering or Business Administration/ Management )  

Equivalent Qualifications in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics or Metallurgical Engineering

Selection Procedure / Selection Process

Candidates interested in joining BHEL as Engineer Trainee will have to appear for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) – 2020. Based on the GATE-2020 Marks, candidates will be short listed for Interview in the ratio of 1:3 to the number of vacancies in each discipline and Category and physically challenged candidates will be accorded upto 20 % relaxation.

Please note that GATE Scores of 2020 will only be valid  for this recruitment .

The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of 75% weightage to Written Test (GATE- 2020) Score & 25% weightage to Interview Stage

Candidates must  bring their Final Year Mark sheets at the time of Interview.
