Administrative Officer Scale 1 in OICI. Oriental Insurance Company Limited is

All those candidates who will be declared qualified in the
mains written examination and personal interview test they will be appointed as
AO on one year probation period.
Selected candidates will be appointed in the Basic pay of Rs.32795/- in the scale of
Rs.32795-1610(14)-55335-1745(4)-62315 and other admissible allowance as
applicable. Starting salary of selected candidates will be 51000 per month.

Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates for
oriental insurance AO posts will be based on through the preliminary, Mains
examination followed by personal interview test. Test will be held online on ........... for preliminary test and ............... for mains examination at
various examination centers.
Question paper contains objective type questions.
OI will conduct separate question paper for Generalist and
specialist posts. Questions will be asked from following subject

Decretive type test: OICL will also conduct a descriptive
type test after completing the objective type test examination. This test will
carry maximum 30 marks.
Questions of Descriptive test will be related from English
language (Letter Writing-10 marks & Essay-20 marks). The descriptive test

Minus marking will be applicable in this examination for each
incorrect answer ¼ marks will be deducted.
Expected Cutoff marks for Oriental insurance OI AO
Administrative officer posts 2021
Oriental insurance will publish official cutoff data for the
recruitment of Administrative officer posts. Official cutoff data will be
published at the time of result declaration. Cutoff marks will be applied in two
stages
1 : On score in individual test
2 : On Total Score
All those candidates who will score minimum qualifying cutoff
marks in the online test mains examination (Objective type) they will be call
for GD / PI. Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score for each
section of objective test separately for short listing for the Descriptive paper
evaluation/Interview. Descriptive answer script would be evaluated only in
respect of those candidates who qualify the objective test. Final merit list
will be prepared on the basis of Marks obtained by the candidates in Mains
Objective exam and personal interview test.

Quantitative Aptitude
There was one series question with decimals.
One series question you have to go up to second differences to get the pattern
1 tabular and 1 graphical question was asked in Data Interpretation.
Quantitative aptitude questions Start with DI (both are easy). Questions of
Series was easy (missing term) . Approximately Questions was easy
Reasoning Ability
Questions of tabular months with 2 dates one and box-stack puzzle was also asked in this examination.
Question of Box Puzzle, circular sitting arrangement, direction Syllogism inequality coding decoding, ranking, Word problems was very easy.
Following questions were asked in Reasoning box puzzle 8 people 8 6 people, 2 days 3 months , 6 color , circle inward outward 7 people facing north 7 subject, 6 people rank based puzzle , Aman is fifth to the left of Divya two person between Divya and jyoti number of person between Divya and Pratik is two more than Aman and jyoti . Pratik is at left end, direction , syllogism, Linear arrangement, Circular, miscellaneous

Questions of English section were based on old pattern.
Questions were asked from Spot error, phrase error, phrase replacement, sentence correction, fill in the blanks, error Detection etc.
Maximum number of questions was asked from English Grammar.
