Important information about Divyang Pension / Leprosy Pension Scheme
It has been made mandatory for all Divyangjans who are getting benefits of Divyang Pension/Leprosy Pension Scheme to get Aadhaar authentication done by 15th September.
District Divyangjan Empowerment Officer has informed through a press release that the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities is running various schemes for the Divyangjan in Uttar Pradesh.
Process of Divyang Pension Aadhaar Authentication (KYC)
Aadhaar Authentication (KYC) has been made mandatory for all persons with disabilities who are availing the benefits of Divyang Pension/Leprosy Pension Scheme. To do Aadhaar Authentication (KYC), the beneficiary can get OTP by himself or through any cyber cafe by registering the mobile number on the web-portal http://sspy-up.gov.in.
If there are some differences in the Aadhar card and departmental database of a disabled pensioner, due to which the authentication process is not being completed, then the process of authentication can be completed by making reasonable changes in the departmental database.
Important date
All the Divyangjans who are getting the benefit of Divyang Pension / Leprosy Pension Scheme in the district have to be informed that Aadhaar Authentication by registering mobile on web-portal http://sspy-up.gov.in or by getting OTP from any cyber cafe. (KYC) date by 15th September, 2022.
Problem solving in Aadhaar Authentication (KYC)
In case of any inconvenience in getting Aadhaar Authentication (KYC) done, make sure to provide the photocopy of your bank passbook/Aadhaar card along with mobile number to the undersigned office located in Room No.-13 in Vikas Bhawan.
If Aadhaar Authentication (KYC) is not done by the stipulated date, it will not be possible to provide the benefit of the second installment under the Divyang Pension / Leprosy Pension Scheme.
