Through advertisement number 17/2021/ 30.12.2021 applications have been invited for recruitment to various posts in Madhya Pradesh Home Construction and Infrastructure Development Board, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Functions of Branch Officer / Estate Manager
Execution of the work allotted by the branch officer, branch in-charge (all supervision under the branch) and controlling officer.
Estate manager to take action to sell the property, deposit the amount of rent, lease rent and installments, serve notices from time to time to the beneficiaries, take action for recovery of dues of the board and exercise the powers of the Tehsildar.
Educational qualification
Degree in any discipline Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Other Qualification: It is mandatory for the employment registration candidates to have a live registration in the employment office of the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Selection Process
OMR based objective test will be conducted for the posts advertised under this advertisement.
Selected candidates will be appointed on probation for two years. The posts reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and Persons with Disabilities are reserved only for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and Divyangjan, domicile of Madhya Pradesh. The candidates of the above category will be given the benefit of fee exemption and traveling allowance.
Selection Process :
OMR based test of objective type questions will be conducted for the posts advertised under this advertisement. On the basis of the merit of the marks obtained in the examination, three times the number of advertised posts for different categories and the candidates securing equal marks will be called for the interview. All the information related to the conduct of the examination, examination scheme and syllabus, examination date and admit card availability date etc. will be published on the Commission's website www.mppsc.nic.in in due course.
Examination and Application Fee
₹ 250/- for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer) and Divyangjan category residents of Madhya Pradesh.
500/- for all remaining category and candidates resident outside Madhya Pradesh.
