Guru Gobind Singh Sports College Kursi Road, Gudamba, Lucknow-226026 has issued advertisement for admission in class 6th.
Uttar Pradesh Sports Colleges Society, Lucknow has invited online applications for admission in class-6 in the academic session 2022-23. Guru Gobind Singh Sports College, Lucknow, Bir Bahadur Singh Reports College Gorakhpur and Major Dhyan Chand Sports College Saifai, run under the society, in the year 2022-23 for admission in class-6, from 17 January 2022 to 09 February 2022, all of the state will be held in the congregations.
Division wise and sports wise examination will be conducted from 10:00 am, the details of which are available on the website sportscollegelko.in.
The application form (prospectus) can be obtained from all the divisional sports offices and sports colleges of the state from 06 January 2022.
Eligibility of the candidate for application
For the application, the candidate should have passed studying in class 5 in the session 2021-22 and the age of the candidate is dated-01.04. Should be between 9 to 12 years as on 2022 i.e. born not earlier than 01st April 2010 and not later than 31st March 2013.
If a candidate has passed class 5 in the session 2020-21 and is not getting education anywhere in the session 2021-22, then his parents can apply by providing this information on an affidavit of Rs.10.
Candidates seeking admission should immediately get the following certificates attached with the application form
1. Biological age certificate (issued by the Chief Medical Officer of the concerned district) whose format is available on the college website www.sportscollegelko.in. Age certificate will be accepted only in the prescribed format. If any type of cutting, blade, overwriting or any other tampering is found, the certificate will not be accepted and the application will be rejected.
2. Residence certificate of the candidate (issued by the District Magistrate). If the candidate does not give the selection test (trial) from the respective board of his residence certificate, he will not be able to give the trial on any other board.
3. Photocopy of Aadhar card or online birth certificate (issued by Municipality for urban area and Gram Panchayat secretary for rural area).
How to apply
It is mandatory for the candidates to fill the application form completely and get it certified by the Principal / Headmaster of the school studying in class-5 on the application form.
If for any reason it is not possible to get the format of the above certificate certified, then it will be mandatory to attach the certificate issued by the Principal / Headmaster of the school studying.
Incomplete application forms will not be accepted. The candidate can take part in the selection test by submitting the duly filled application form along with the photocopies of the above certificates (with original) to the selection committee.
