01- Walk-in-interview on all the above posts will be conducted on 08.10.2021 from 12 o'clock to 02 o'clock in the Chief Medical Officer's room, and the above process will continue to be called on every Friday of the month till the posts are filled.
02- Interested candidates may attend the interview at the time of walk-in-interview with latest Bio-data, all desired original records, registration, two latest color photographs and 01 set of self attested copies of desired certificates.
03- This post is completely subject to contractual conditions on fixed honorarium, and no claim of confirmation will be accepted on it. The number of vacancies may change at any stage of the recruitment process.
04- The appointment on the above posts will be valid till the financial year, which can be extended further after the approval of Mission Director, National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.
05- If any adverse facts are found, the contract of the selected candidate can be terminated.
06- There will be no traveling allowance for the interview.
07 - The age of the interested candidate should not be more than 65 years on the date of publication of the advertisement.
