Bihar government is going to recruit 30000 posts of Group D. Appointments will soon be made on the posts of Group D lying vacant for a long time in various offices of the state government. BSSC has sought requisition for this from district, sub-division and state level offices. So far, the commission has received vacancies from 29 districts, which are being counted.
After receiving the requisition from all the district and state level offices, the number of vacancies is expected to be around 30 thousand. Advertisement for appointment to these posts is likely to come out next month.
This appointment will be done on the posts of office attendants. Recruitment will be done mainly on the posts of office attendants under Group D. Due to non-appointment on this post for a long time, a large number of these posts are vacant in every office of the state government. According to an estimate, if the vacant posts in all the district, sub-division and state level offices are included, then the number of such posts will be about 35 thousand.
Out of these, about 30 thousand vacancies are expected to come, on which appointments will be made. The recruitment process will start after the vacancies from all the districts.
The requisition from 29 districts has been received by the commission office. Its arrival from other districts is awaited. Advertisement will be issued soon after the vacancies from all the offices and the recruitment process will be started.
