The situation of unemployment is that youth with higher education and technical education are not getting jobs of ten thousand rupees. DUDA's agency Urban Livelihood Center was selected for recruitment of employees through outsourcing. So far this agency has given thousands of employees in many departments. At present, there is no vacancy in any department. Even though the post is not vacant in the corporation, Duda has started the process of registration. Those who are being registered, in which post they will be recruited, it is not yet certain. The youth said that registration is being done for the post of supervisor and sweeper.

On Monday too, there was a queue of youth to register. Vartika Singh, Project Officer, Duda says that in two work orders, 2736 and 407 outsourcing employees have been provided to the corporation respectively. Some departments are expected to demand outsourcing personnel. Priority will be given to them upon registration.
