 The Government of Bihar has started the "janata ke darbar mein mukhyamantri" program to establish direct communication with the people of the state, to be aware of their problems/grievances and for their speedy redressal.

This system of effective disposal of complaints will now be established in Bihar.


Venue - Date

This program will be organized on 1st, 2nd and 3rd Monday of every month at 11:00 AM, Samvad, Chief Minister's Secretariat, 4 Deshratna Marg, Patna.

Subject about which you can make a complaint

In which complaints related to the subjects related to social sector like health, education, welfare, science and technology, labor resources, general administration, art culture and finance department will be heard.


how to apply

Initially, in view of the Covid-19 infection, arrangements have been made to register problems / complaints through the mobile app JKDMM.

The mobile app can be downloaded from the website: www.jkdmm.bih.nic.in.

Applicants who do not have mobile facility, such applicants can register their complaint by going to their Block Development Officer / Sub-Divisional Officer / District Officer office, where the complaint of the applicant has been registered by the District / Sub-Division / Block Office in the mobile app JKDMM. will go.

 For this, the applicant will have to give Aadhaar number and mobile number (of his own or any acquaintance).

On submitting the application in the mobile app, the applicant will receive a unique number on his mobile number by SMS and email.

Through this unique number, applicants will be able to get information about the status of their registered application on the mobile app.

The information about the date and place for participating in the Janata Darbar should be given to the applicant.

SMS and email will be sent to the given mobile no.


RTPCR covid test

 All the identified applicants will be informed by the District Magistrate and RTPCR covid test will be done for all before the date of "Chief Minister's program in public's court. The applicants found to be Kovid negative will be vaccinated by the district administration and sent to the venue, Patna and return." All arrangements will be made.

In view of the distance from Patna, for the applicants of Araria and Katihar district, Kishanganj in Begusarai district and in Samastipur district for the applicants of Purnia district, in Muzaffarpur district for the applicants of Saharsa and Supaul district, Nalanda district for the applicants of Bhagalpur and Banka district. In and for the applicants of West Champaran and Madhepura districts, arrangements will be made for night accommodation in Vaishali district (Sunday).

From where they will leave for the venue (Samvad, Chief Minister's Secretariat, 4 Deshratna Marg, Patna) on Monday the next day.


At present, the system of receiving applications through the mobile app is as per the protocol of COVID pandemic. In the event of reduction in the future Kovid epidemic, the "Chief Minister in the court of the public" program will be conducted like in the previous years. Separate notice will be given for this.
