class 6 Admission JAC Jharkhand Entrance Exam Indira Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya 2022 Notification registration

 The Jharkhand Government JAC is running residential schools in South Chotanagpur, Santhal Pargana and Kolhan divisions on the lines of Netarhat Vidyalaya and Indira Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya. Similarly, residential schools are also running in Indira Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Hazaribagh. JHARKHAND ACADEMIC COUNCIL, RANCHI has issued release number ........, important information related to the entrance competitive examination for enrollment in class 6 in the session 2022-23. All these admission process will be conducted by the Department of School Education and Literacy, JAC.

On the lines of Netarhat Residential School and Indira Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, residential girls' schools are being run for girls in Ranchi of South Chotanagpur division and residential boys schools for boys in Dumka in Santhal Pargana division and Chaibasa in Kolhan division are being run.

It has been decided to organize a one-level written examination for enrollment in class 6 of Indira Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Hazaribagh for the academic session 2022-23

Applications are invited from the concerned interested students, who possess the following qualifications and qualifications, to appear in the entrance examination:

(a) It is mandatory to be a native / local resident of Jharkhand State.

(b) Whose age is not less than 10 years and not more than 12 years as on 1st August, 2021.

(c) Passed class 5th and studying in class 6th in any government/recognized school.

(d) It will be necessary for the reserved category candidates to attach the reservation category/caste certificate issued by the authority (sub-divisional officer) along with the application. In case of non-availability, they can submit the application, but it will be mandatory for them to provide the original or attested copy at the time of enrollment.


2) The examination application form will be filled as per the following schedule.

(3) Necessary guidelines regarding filling the examination application form

(a) The Examination Application Form will be available on the Council's website and Can be filled at  www.jac.jharkhand.gov.in, which can be downloaded online.

(b) Candidates should read the guidelines mentioned in the guidelines available on the website thoroughly and fill the examination application form accordingly.

(c) It will be necessary to select the concerned school in the examination application form in which the student has to apply for enrollment and no change will be accepted after selection.

(d) After filling the examination application form, the candidate will submit it and take a print out of the said application form and get it attested by the head of the school.

(e) It will be mandatory to submit the attested application form to the office of the Block Education Extension Officer or the Office of the District Education Officer, along with a photocopy of bank draft, Aadhar card, residential and caste certificate.

4) General Instructions:- Exam Syllabus Question Paper Pattern

(i) Written Examination OMR Will be taken through sheet.

(ii) The questions in the examination will be objective and multiple choice.

(iii) |100 seats are earmarked for each respective school. According to the reservation rules against these seats, the students in the merit order will be selected on the basis of entrance examination.

The entrance test will be in one tier, two shifts (2:30 hours each) and in the following subjects.

15 minutes to read the question paper and 15 minutes to OMR. Sheet will be given for filling.

The exam schedule will be published later at UPJOBIN telegram Channel.

(iv) It will be mandatory to enclose with the examination application form a bank draft of Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred only) issued by any nationalized bank in the name of "JAC FUND" and payable at Ranchi.

For SC and ST category, this fee will be 100/- (one hundred rupees) only.

(v) It is necessary to forward the print copy of the online filled examination application form with signature and seal by the head of the school.

(vi) Print copy of the examination application form will not be accepted after the due date of submission to the concerned Block Education Extension Officer or District Education Officer office.

Receipt available in print copy will be issued to the candidate. 

(vii) The application forms (including photocopy of residential and caste certificates) will be arranged category wise by the Block Education Extension Officer's office and will be deposited in the District Education Officer's office along with the fee by the prescribed date. 

(ix) In the office of the District Education Officer, the forms submitted by the candidate and the residential and caste certificates will be checked. Only after the tests are found correct, the above will be marked and forwarded in the consolidated list provided by the council so that the admit cards can be issued online to the said candidates.
