Transfers of all contract workers working in the National Health Mission Uttar Pradesh will be done online through the Manav Sampda Portal http://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in.

 

Any manual / paper-based application for transfer will not be accepted if any

 

It is also compulsory to apply online through Manav Sampada Portal http://ehms.upsdc.gov.in.

But contact can be made on any working day from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

 

Under the said arrangement, there will be two types of transfers.

 

• Mutual Transfer- Transfer to vacant post.
• vacancy based transfer)

 

Procedure for transfer application in EHRMS Upsdc :

 

Personnel first go to the link of Manav Sampda website http://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in and send their personal e-HRMS. ID - and they will have to login through the password provided earlier.

 

After login click as are following

Step 1 : Transfer Request

Step 2 : Type of Application : NHM Mutual Transfer

Step 3 : Paired Employs

Step 4 :  select reason of transfer
