The period of filling the registration / examination form on the university portal for the first year / semester students by the respective colleges	January 01,  to January 31,
deposit the examination and other fees for the students admitted by the colleges	01 February  to 05 February
Winter break	25 December to 02 January
Convocation Ceremony	13 March to 17 March
Period of completion of odd examinations	01 March to 15 March
Period of completion of annual examinations of practical examinations	05 February to 20 February

5. Personal Assistant, Registrar / Finance Officer / Controller of Examinations 6. Private Secretary to Vice Chancellor, Honorable Vice Chancellor.

 

7. Sent to the agency in charge with the intention of taking the trouble of uploading the said office memo to the college login of all the colleges affiliated to the university and the website of the university.
