Disabled applicants residing in all rural and urban areas
can fill the online form. After applying, you will be provided a grant for
artificial prosthesis.
To get the grant on prostheses, you have to fill your
application online. Apart from this, the fee for filling the application has
been fixed at ₹ 20. The documents required to apply for grant of artificial

You should fill your mobile number, application fee, UID
number information correctly, so that your grant can be easily deposited in
your bank account.
In this, you have to give details of monthly income from all your sources. After that, you also have to give information about how much can be spent in getting artificial organs.
