Information regarding driving skill test for selection to
the post of Uttar Pradesh Police, PAC Constable Driver
Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board Lucknow
has issued a notification on ............. for the Driving Skill Test for the
post of Constable Driver. All such constables who want to be selected for the
post of driver will have to give driving test. Driving eligibility test will be
taken from all eligible candidates.
Driving efficiency test criteria
This exam will be conducted in three parts
Garage Test:
Candidates who do not destroy and damage symbolic walls at
the time of driving test. They will be considered suitable for driving.
Road driving test
After the garage test, the successful candidates will be
taken to follow the traffic rules on the road and test the vehicle according to
the prescribed speed and traffic signals. A person will be declared successful
if he drives safely.
Parallel parking test
Candidates successful in Garage Test and Road Driving Test
will be taken parallel parking test. In parallel parking, the distance between
two light trains will have to cross the car, and will not look back while
crossing the car.
Eligibility for selection to the post of Constable Driver
The skill test will
be conducted on ............ at PTC Sitapur.
All such candidates who do not appear on the due date
will not be given a chance later.
