UP Primary Upper Primary School Sport Grant GO | Process and Procedure for Purchasing the Sport Equipment | see Complete Details
The State Project Director, Government of Uttar Pradesh has
released funds for the sports grant. Under the sports grant, sports materials
will be purchased in the schools of the Basic Education Council (basic shiksha
parishad). Under the sports grant, the official Shasanadesh / GO of the official guidelines and list of sports
equipment suggestions has been issued. Funds have been allocated for purchasing
sports equipment at the rate of Rs.5000 per school in primary schools and ₹
10000 per school in upper primary schools.
The Government Order is being issued in the order sent by the
Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
To purchase sports equipment in school, purchase of sports
equipment as per teacher list. Sports equipment will be purchased based on the
playground available. The selection of materials for the game will include the
traditional games played locally.
With this money you can also buy sports equipment played in
indoor games. Sports equipment will be selected and purchase at school level. A
selection committee will be formed under the chairmanship of the concerned
school headmaster. The selection committee will consist of the Principal, the
Chairman School Management Committee, two conscious parents and an exercise
teacher.
