Maximum district have published notification for the recruitment of academic resource person for total 5 subjects. if you hold the eligibility criteria for academic resource person then you can apply for ARP post in the prescribed application form format. Only parishadiya prathmik shikshak /uchch prathmik shikshak can apply for this vacancy.
Selection process for ARP vacancy
Selection of the eligible teachers for the prathmik and uchch prathmik Vidyalaya will be based on the written examination followed by personal interview test and micro teaching test. Total 100 marks will be given for selection process in which there will be 60 marks for written examination of concern subject, 30 marks for micro teaching and 10 marks for personal interview test.
All academic resource person are required to qualify this examination.
Question paper pattern of the academic resource person
Syllabus of this examination will be as are following
Marks distribution for the academic resource person subject wise
Written examination -maximum 60 marks
Microteaching teaching /demo (10 to 15 minute time duration will be given for each teacher for showing their micro teaching skill and teaching demo)- total 30 minutes marks
Personal interview test -total 10 marks
Minimum qualifying cut off marks
Only those PRT / UPS /JRT teacher who will score at least 60% marks in the likhit bharti pariksha they will be declared qualified for the micro teaching and teaching demo.
All those teachers who will get chance to appear in the micro teaching. These teacher are required to score at least 60% marks in microteaching.
all those candidates who will appear in the personal interview test they are required to score 60% qualifying cut off marks for declared qualified in the interview.
Overall candidates are required to score 60 marks out of 10 marks for being declared qualified for academic resource person.
Appointment of the academic resource person will be based on through the counselling on the basis of merit list which will be prepared on the basis of district level.
