a very good news is coming for the teachers of uttar Pradesh
who are waiting for ABRC vacancy in uttar Pradesh. State government of uttar
Pradesh now goes to appoint academic resource person in the place of ABRC. This
academic resource person will work as ABRC of concern block is working.
according to official
GO /government order and shasanadesh which is published for academic resource
person, these ARP will helps for the improvement of quality of education of
primary and upper primary schools of basic shiksha Parishad. Only those
teachers who have completed their 5-year service can apply for academic
resource person vacancy. These ARP will help block education officer /khand
shiksha adhikari for the inspection of the school and academy level of the
students in the parishadiya prathmik evam uchch prathmik vidyalay of basic
shiksha Parishad.
Total six academic
resource people will be appointed in the each block in which 5 ARP will be
appointed on the basis of written examination/ microteaching and personal
interview test. There will be one post of diet mentor for each
district.
There are 4105 blocks in the state of uttar Pradesh and 59
nagar sansadhan Kendra nrc are up so 4105 post for ARP in rural area blocks and
295 post for academic resource person/ additional person will be recruited. Total
4400 post of academic resource person will be filled from the teachers of uttar
Pradesh who is working in the government primary and upper primary schools. Only
working teacher of primary prathmik and purv madhyamik vidyalay can apply for
this vacancy. Total 5 year teaching experience will be must for filling the
application form. Applicant must have at least 10 years service before the retirement.
Each arp will get 2500 for the transport allowance and mentor
will get 1000 rupay mobility and vehicle allowance for inspection of government
school. there will be no additional post creation for ARP post and post of block sah samayak
will be merged with these arp post.
Teachers who are
working as a nyay panchayat resource centre nprc / block resource person ABRC will
revert to the concerned district. Basic education department has issued official
shasanadesh regarding this concern on Tuesday. Academic resource group of each
district will be prepared on the basis of academic resource person which will
ensure the learning outcomes in the student of government primary and upper
primary schools.
Total 6 ARP will be
appointed in which 5 arp will be subject specialist which will be social study,
Hindi, English, math and science subject.

Eligibility criteria-
only working teacher of primary and upper primary schools are eligible for this
vacancy.
Teaching experience
Total five year teaching experience will be required for
filling the application form.
Applicant must have
at least remaining 10-year service for filling the application form.
Subject for which
application are invited - social study, English, Hindi, math and science
subject
Selection process-
selection of the eligible teachers will be based on the written
examination, microteaching and personal interview test.

All eligible teachers can apply in the prescribed
application form format, which is available at the office of zila basic shiksha
adhikari karyalay BSA office of concerned district as well as block education
officer / khand shiksha adhikari karyalay of concern block. After filling the
application form just forward this application form from your ABSA /BEO after
that submit this application form to the BSA office.
