Indian coast Guard, ministry of defense,has published the official recruitment notification for filling posts of navik general Duty, navik gharelu Sakha and navik yantrik for Intermediate pass candidates. Notification is published for the appointment of navik domestic branch 12th pass entry for 01/2022 batch. Application form is invited online from the eligible candidates.

Salary: Starting Basic Pay Scale for Navik (GD) is Rs. 21700/- (7th pay commission recommendation).
Eligibility criteria: education qualification: Intermediate pass with 50% marks.
Age limit – 18-22
Selection process: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination, followed by Physical Fitness PFT and recruitment medical examination
The written test will be objective type. The written examination will be of objective type, which will generally cover subjects such as Maths, Physics, basic Chemistry, knowledge of English upto 12th standard, general knowledge, current affairs, quantitative aptitude and reasoning etc.
The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) will be conducted for all those who pass the Written examination. The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) will consist as under:-
1.6 Km run within 7 minutes.
20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak)
10 Push ups.
