Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has published official recruitment notification for the recruitment of junior legal Officer JLO post. all those candidates who hold the eligibility criteria for RPSC JLO post now we can fill the application form online till the last date at official website of RPSC Rajasthan.  There are 156 post of JLO in different categories. Only law graduates from any university institutes can fill application form for this vacancy.

Salary of junior legal Officer Post

Selected candidate for junior legal officer will be appointed in the level 10 grade pay of 3600.

This vacancy will be done under the provision of Rajasthan Legal State and subordinate service rule 1981.

Age Limit detail - minimum 21 year maximum 40 years

Age will be counted as on 1st January 2022

Selection process

Selection of the eligible candidates for junior legal Officer Post will be based on through the written examination followed by personal interview test. First of all candidates will be called for written examination. After that those candidates who have been declared qualified for written examination they will be called for personal interview test.

 Question paper pattern and syllabus of written examination as a following

Written examination of junior legal officer will be objective type and MCQ based.

I	Constitution of India with special emphasis on Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles and enforcement of rights through writs, Functioning of High Court and Supreme Court and attorney General.	50
II	Civil Procedure Code and Criminal, Procedure Code. Provisions required to be referred generally in Government Office will be given importance.	50
III	Evidence Act, Limitation Act, Interpretation of Statutes, drafting and conveyancing.	50
IV	Language
	Part A General Hindi	25
	Part B General English	25

Total 3 hour time duration will be given for attempting the question paper.

Qualifying cut off marks

All those candidates are required to score at least 40% marks in each paper. All paper accepts language paper required shall be answered either Hindi or English.

 Personal interview test detail

Only those candidates who will score minimum qualifying cut off marks there will be call for personal interview test. Personal interview test for junior legal officer will carry a maximum 25 marks.
