Recently State government of Uttar Pradesh has launched latest MDM
and attendance inspection app named as prerna app for primary and upper primary
school of government of uttar Pradesh. This app will be used for or tracking
and tracing the attendance of teacher and MDM beneficiary students through live
photos. basic Shiksha Parishad and government of UP developing this app for
find out the actual number of beneficiaries for MDM scheme in government
primary and upper primary schools of UP. This will be also used for real time
attendance of primary teacher and upper primary teacher. Government school
teacher can send attendance through this app only. This app will works on the
basis of GPS location and real time monitoring system.

How to download primary
school
First of all teacher are
required to log on Google play store for downloading prerna app.
After that search MDM inspection or prerna mobile app and download
this app in your mobile phone.
after that click on MDM inspection link in your mobile phone and prerna
app will be open.
Teachers are required to do a registration before using the prerna
app .
Teachers can use their personal mobile number for registration of School
and teachers.
You are required to use four digit passwords or pin for this app
for security purpose.
After completing the registration process you can logon in prerna Uttar
Pradesh mobile app through your mobile number and four digit login passwords.
After login five modules
will appear in app which are as following

Teacher
attendance
·
Prayer
attendance
·
Mid
day meal MDM
·
Sync
data
·
Other
curriculum /extra curriculum activities
Teacher can use appropriate option for submitting their
information.
Teacher attendance
teacher are required to send attendance through mobile app. for
registering the attendance teachers are required to click on teacher attendance
icon in the app and your attendance will be taken through real time pictures.
teachers will be now allowed to upload
photos from gallery photos so you are
required to take/ capture photos from camera app. teacher are required to also
select opening and closing time in this because teacher attendance will be
taken 2 times in a working day. First attendance will be given before the
prayer and second attendance will be given after the closing School.
If principal of teacher
schools is not available for taking photos then he can also submit charge to
other teacher in this app.
If any teacher is absent
then you have to also mention reason of absent in this app.

प्रेरणा पर केवल सेल्फी नहीं, कई मिलेंगी सौगातें....
#️⃣▶️ प्रेरणा app की सबसे बड़ी खासियत होगी कि वो बिना इंटरनेट सुविधा के भी समय से फ़ोटो डाला जा सकेगा। तो शिक्षकों को ये कहना कि नेट नही आ रहा 🙊
▶️ स्कूल की भौतिक स्थिति जैसे, हैंडम्प, शौचालय, बाउंड्रीवाल किचिन आदि की जानकारी हेडमास्टर को ऑनलाइन एक बार भरनी होगी।
▶️ प्रार्थना सभा मे समय से बच्चों के साथ शिक्षकों की सेल्फी डालनी होगी, इसमें गैलरी से कोई खिंचा हुआ फ़ोटो अपलोड नही होगा।
▶️ कुछ बच्चे लेट आएँगे, बाद में उनकी भी सेल्फी डाली जा सकेगी।
▶️ मिड डे मील खाते हुए, फल/दूध वितरण पर बच्चों की सेल्फी देनी होगी, ख़ासियत होगी कि जो बच्चा एक बार काउंट हुआ, वो दोबारा ऑटोमैटिक काउंट नही होगा, छात्र संख्या का वास्तविक स्वरूप आएगा।
▶️ छुट्टी के समय स्टाफ के साथ सेल्फी क्लिक होगी।
▶️ डेली रिपोर्ट के आधार पर खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी अग्रिम कार्यवाही कर सकते है। खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी और जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी अपने पोर्टल से पूरी रिपोर्ट को देखेंगे।
▶️ आगे ये प्रयोग सफल हुआ, तो प्रेरणा app में शिक्षक डायरी का प्रयोग भी किया जाएगा, आज आपने बच्चो को क्या पढ़ाया वो भी दर्ज करना होगा।
