Directorate of employment and training, Government of Tamil nadu published the official Notification for direct recruitment to the posts of junior Training officer in government industrial training institutes ITI in the state o TN for the year 2014-15. Application form is invited online from the eligible candidates. All eligible candidates can fill application form from 12 January 2016.for the direct recruitment of JTO. Total no of vacancies are 329 including various categories. Important recruitment details as are following.

Eligibility criteria: education qualification: SSLC pass with diploma in concerned trade / Field of engineer or technology
SSLC pass with NTC in concerned trade of ITI with minimum 3 year ITI experience.

Age limit as on 1 January 2016:  minimum 18 year and maximum 35 year for OC , 40 for SCA, SC , ST, 37 for MBC DNC , BC , and BC M.

Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination. First of all a screening test will be held for screening purpose.  This test will be high school level. 
Syllabus for the Screening Test:
Objective type test with 150 questions at the 10th Standard level containing 120 questions from Science, Mathematics including mental ability and 30 questions from General Knowledge and current affairs.

Main selection procedure: all those candidates who will be declared qualified in the written examination they will be call for practical cum teaching ability test and Oral interview test.
