State government of uttar pradesh now going to start News online grievance system Name Jan Sunwai.  Jan sunvai online complaint service will be started working from 25 January 2016 . Now all citizens of uttar pradesh can register their complaint regarding any government department, officer, Offices online.  it will be applicable for all government department of Uttar pradesh .  After the Starting of jan Sunwai remaining all other Complaint portal of different department will be stopped .  All complain will be registered only on portal at the official website of jan sunvai .

Jan Sunvai Online Portal started working after the initiative of Chief minister of Uttar pradesh.  Government Now preparing a New website under the supervision of Personal secretary of CM . 
Currently citizens of UP are required to submit their application form regarding their problems in CM office, DM office, SSP office, Tehsil Divas , Samadhan Divas, jan suvidha lokvani and other centers .
On the other hand complainant are also submitting their appeal application form in the office of chief secretary ,  Secretary , head of Department , Commissioner office and other Filed level office .  different department also running their own call center for registering the compliant. 
Different type of Complaint redressal website and software also working for quick disposal of application form and supervision of these complainants. 
That’s why officer facing a lot of problem due to multi type of Redresal system and these process are also very time consuming.
Manual submission of application form is also coastally as well as it creates problem and consume time in disposing it.  After the enactment of single platform of complaint service now all citizen can register their problem online at the official website of Jan sunvai portal

 

Maximum all government department will be added in this portal .department are required to disposed application form within fixed time duration. 
If you want register your complain they you can register it online.  No need to go any office or department office or Tehsil for submitting your application form. 
Supervision of complaint application will be done by CM office.
Government will also appoint Nodal officer for each department for effective process of this service. All responsibility of redressal of application will be DM, and commissioner.
You are required to fill online application form for submitting your complaint.
After submitting your application form it will be uploaded online. After that office will be remarked by concerned office.  So no manual application form will be send to cocnered department.  And application will dispose within a day.
Any citizen can submit their complaint from their home.  \
Complaint will get sms on each process of their application .
Applicant will also get registration no of their complaint and they can also trace it online with complainant report of disposal.
