Pariyojana Nideshak PD of Vidyagyan School published the official notification and admission application form for up Vidya gyan entrance exam 2021 – 2022. Vidya Gyan Pravesh likhit pariksha will be held on 11 to 14 December 2021 (New Exam Date will be updated here) through offile mode in different district of UP. State government of Uttar pradesh and shiv nadar foundation jointly manage Vidya Gyan School under PPP (Public private partnership) for providing free High quality English medium education, Free scholarship, dress, uniform, Book, Meal , fooding and lodging, computer education etc. Vidyagyan public school provides world class education free of cost for those talented students who are living in rural area and belong from Poor families. Only those students whose family income is not more then 1 lakh per can appear in this examination. Eligibility Criteria: Education qualification: all students who are living in rural area (Gamin Chetra ) and studying in class 5th for admission in class 6 and studying in class 6 for admission in class 7 can fill application form for Vidya gyan entrance test.
Student studying in any government schools, Parishadiya Prathmik vidyalaya , primary school  , aided private school can fill application form .


Family income; only Rural areas economically backward students whose family income is not more then 1 lakh per year are eligible for appearing in entrance examination

Age limit:   
Class 6th Admission 
maximum 12 year and minimum 10 year for Girl and Maximum 11 minimum 10 for Boys as on 31 March 2022

Class 7th admission 
maximum 13 year and minimum 11 year for Girl and Maximum 12 minimum 10 for Boys as on 31 March 2022

Admission process: admission will be taken on the basis of Online entrance examination. written exam will be held on 11 December 2021 to 14 December 2021. Written examination will be held in two shifts.  Admit card (Pravesh patra  ) / call letter / hall ticket will be available from BEO office.
First of all preliminary examination will be held for all students on district level . After that a merit list will be prepared on the basis of mark obtained by the candidates in pre examination. 3000 students who will score highest marks they will be call for mains examination which will be held in February / March  2022.
Results of written examination will be also published district wise, category wise girls and boy will be available online.

Minimum qualifying marks for boys is 80% and minimum qualifying marks for girls is 70%.
Total no of seats: maximum 600 students will declared Finally qualified, for the admission Vidyagyan school. 1/3 minimum seats are reserved for girls students.

The three-stage admission process at VidyaGyan constitutes:
• Preliminary written test in all districts of UP
• Written test for children shortlisted in the preliminary round
• Interaction with the selected students and their families

Question Paper pattern and syllabus
Question of Vidya gyan entrance examination will be asked from class 5th level books specified for government primary schools. Question will be objective type and mcq based.  Question will be asked from general Knowledge, math , mental ability and analytical questions.

How tot apply : all interested students who want fill application form they are required to take application form from the office of block education officer BEO of Concerned Block , or any government primary schools .
Application form is now available free of costs .  You don’t need to pay any application form for fee for Vidya gyan pravesh pariksha . 
After filling application submit it you khand shiksha adhikari Karyalaya of your block or nearest primary school. 
Enclose following Document with application
Education qualification certificate, age certificate , domicile (nivas praman patra) ,  Income certificate (aay praman patra)

Their are two application forms . 1st one is for girls students and 2nd for boys . so  be careful before submitting application.
