COMEDK is the acronym of “Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. COMEDK PGET test is held for the admission in 12 medical colleges, 19 dental colleges which offer approximately 600 seats. These colleges are affiliated from COMEDK . Posts graduate entrance test PGET every year conducted for the admission in medical program. Exam dates for COMEDK has been announced by the official authorities. According to official notification COMEDK entrance test will be held on   January 2022 at various examination center of all over Karnataka state. This PGET 2022 will be held online at various computer based examination centers.  Important details of COMEDK entrance examination 2022 as are following

Eligibility Criteria:  all Indian citizens are eligible for this test . Applicant from any states can fill application form COMEDK

Education qualification: MBBS / BDS with at least  50% marks for general category and 40% for reserved category candidates  and They must have completed or be completing their internship by  April 2022

Only registered candidates in MCI / DCi or any of the State Medical / Dental Council  are eligible for this entrance examination . 

AIIMS Medical Entrance MBBS Exam 2022 Admission

Selection procedure : selection of the eligible candidates for the admission will be based on through state level merit . Entrance examination will be held online. After that department will be publish official merit determination for use by COMEDK Member Institutions and the COMEDK PGET-2022. There will be a separate entrance test for each of Post Graduate Medical and Dental streams.

Admission ticket / admit card will be issued online from the official website of fee for COMEDK . All applicant can download their hall ticket / call letter from   November 2022. When direct link of admit card download will be available, we will post it here. No admit card will be dispatch by post or couriers or email.

Question paper pattern and syllabus

Question paper will be based on the syllabus specified for MBBS , BDS syllabus prescribed by MCI / DCI respectively.

There will be one separate test for PG Medical and another separate test for PG Dental Courses. Each test will have 180 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).

Pattern of online examination will be as are following

A. Medical Stream

a. Section I : Direct MCQ’s – 120 questions of 1 mark each

b. Section II : Clinical vignettes linked MCQs– 60 question of 1 mark each

B. Dental Stream

a. Section I : Direct MCQ’s – 148 questions of 1 mark each

b. Section II : Clinical vignettes linked MCQs– 32 question of 1 mark each

Total 180 minutes time duration will be given for attempting the question paper. Online exam will be held from 10 am to 1 pm

Negative marking or minus marking will not applicable in this examination.

For each correct answer 1 mark will be awarded.

Question paper medium will be English langue only. 

Final merit list / cutoff list will be published on   February 2022 at the time of declaration of the entrance exam results.

After publishing the results candidates are required to download their rank card / score card online from the official website for appearing in counseling process.

Application form fee : fee for COMEDK PGET 2022 is Rs. 3000

Candidates can deposit application form fee through net banking, credit card, debit card etc . Candidates can also deposit their application form fee bank challan form at the Axis bank.
