MP Vyapam now going to publish the official recruitment notification for the posts of sahayak samparikshak, sahayak Lekha adhikari, lekhpal and other category of the posts of Madhya pradesh adhinasth Lekha Sewa Samvarg category.  Selection of the eligible candidates for the MP Vyapam posts of Accountant, Sub Auditor and Junior Auditor, patwari posts will be done through the sanyukt chayan pariksha.  These accountant, auditor and Junior auditor will be appointed in direct government officer of Madhya pradesh. These posts are categorized under the account subordinate service. There are total no of vacancies are 9126 for patwari and  947 posts for Naib tehsildar. Maximum posts will be filled on Samvida basis. Application will be invited online from the eligible candidates by MP Vyapam. State level Accountant, Sub-Auditor, Jr. Auditor and Account Cadre Service Recruitment Test 2022 will be held  at various examination centers online.

Eligibility Criteria 2022 of Asstt-Auditor, Asstt. Accountant Officer, Accountant and other equivalent post.

Age Limit as on 1 January 2022: minimum 18 year and maximum 40 year
SC, ST, OBC - maximum 45 years

Selection procedure selection of the eligible candidates will be done through the state level written examination. Minus marking negative marking will not applicable in the examination.

1. Accounting, Audit and Income Tax
i. Cost and Managing Accounts :-
Cost control and cost process, cost accounting. Cost-quality-benefit, relationship and decission. Budgetary control and standard cost.
ii. Audit :-
Planning of audit work, Assesment and verification of assets and liabilities. Audit of a limited liability company. Auditors report, audit of computerized accounts, application of computer in auditing of accounts.
iii. Income Tax :-
Provisions of the income tax act relating to the assesment of individual tax payer. Deductions of income tax from gross total income and calculation of exempted income from income tax. Calculation of taxable income and tax liability.

2. The Indian Constitution
Constitutional Provision of Comptroller and Auditor General, importance of 73 rd and 74 th constitutional amendment regarding rural and urban local bodies. Organisation and function of Panchayati raj system in Madhya Pradesh.

3. Public Administration
i. The concept of financial administration and its importance. The role of budget and its process, performance budget, zero-based budgeting.
ii. Legislative control, public account committee, estimate committee, public enterprise committee, account testing and accounts.
iii. Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
iv. Role of computer in public administration, E-Governance.

4. State Administration
i. Legislative and financial control of administration in Madhya Pradesh, Estimates Committee, Public Accounts Committee, Public Enterprises Committee.
ii. District Administration- The role of District Magistrate (Collector), tehsil and Tehsildar, block and block development officer.
iii. Local Administration- The role of Local Administration, decentralization, need for empowerment of weaker sections, urban governance, Nagar Nigam, Nagar Palika and Nagar Panchayats in Madhya Pradesh.
iv. The three-tier system of Panchayati raj institutions, zila panchayat, janpad panchayats and gram panchayat, role of Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.) in panchayat administration, control of state government over local administration.
