Eligibility Criteria for OSSC: Age limit should be according to the date 1st January 2016.
Minimum age should be 21years and Maximum age should be 32 years.

General Eligibility: Candidates should be able to read, write and speak Odia language.

Educational Qualification for the post of Vital Statistics Clerk:
Candidates must have the degree of 10 + 2 or equivalent to it and have passed Odia equivalent to M.E. standard. And all the candidates who have degrees like BCA/MCA/ B.Tech are also eligible.

Desirable and Technical Qualification: Candidates must have the basic knowledge of Computer such as basic knowledge and skill of Computer, basic knowledge regarding  internet, M.S. word, M.S. Excel, MS –Access, MS PowerPoint etc.

Examination / Application Fee and Mode of Payment: There will be no fee for the SC/ST/PH candidates and Rs 100/- is the fee for all SEBC & UR (Unreserved) candidates. Candidates can pay the fee by both modes that are online as well as offline using treasury portal. For paying the fee through online mode candidates can take help of Net Banking or Debit Card. And for paying the fee through offline mode there will be list of bank branches at treasury portal.  And challan will be deposited under the “Head of Account- 0051-PSC-104-UPSC/SSC- Examination Fees -0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations – 02041- Examination Fees”.

Odisha staff selection commission OSSC, published the official notification Advertisement No. IIE – 166/14-3929/OSSC, Dated 24 December 2014 for the direct recruitment of Auditor posts.  Application form is invited online from the eligible candidates from 26 December 2014. All interested candidates can fill application form online till the last date which is 31 January 2015. All graduates are eligible for auditor posts.  Selection for the eligible candidates will be done through written examination followed by Skill Test, and personal Interview test.  There are total no of vacancy of auditor posts are 173 including various categories.

Subject and marks 
Pattern of the pre examination: Odisha staff selection commission will conduct a state level written examination for the preliminary examination. Pre exam will carry 100 marks.  Total 1 hour time duration will be given for attempting the question paper. Question of the pre exam will be related to general awareness.  All question of the pre exam will be objective type with MCQ based.  Difficulty of GK will be graduation level. . 
Minus marking will be applicable in this examination. For each wrong answer 0.25 marks will b deducted.  12 times from the proposed no of vacancies , candidates  will be call for main examination .

Main examination Patten of odisha auditor Recruitment
Main examination of Auditor posts of Odisha SSC contains total 3 question paper from different subject. All question of mains examination will b objective.

Skill Test: all those candidates who will be declared qualified in the Pre , main written examination they will be call for skill test. Skill test will carry 50 marks.  Skill test pattern as are follows

Only those candidates who will score minimum 15 qualifying marks of Skill test will be call for personal interview test . 

Personal interview test: personal interview test of OSSC Audit posts will carry 25 marks.
