A very good news now coming for those teacher who want their transfer in urban areas. State government of uttar pradesh now going to start transfer from rural areas to urban areas. This is good news for those teachers who are working in rural areas Prathmik, ucch Prathmik vidyalaya of basic shiksha parishad. After 6 years transfer for Gramin nikay to shahri nikay will be done in Parishadiya School. In the summer of election of government decided to give this gift to teacher of Up . After starting the process of inter district transfer government now will complete transfer in within district from rural areas school to urban areas school. Teacher can change their school after applying in transfer application form. due to this transfer process seniority of the teacher will not lost. On the other hand HRA of PS, UPS teacher will also increase after transfer. Application form will be invited by basic shiksha parishad of Up. These transfer process will be complete under the ruler niyamawali of 1981.
Posts of primary and UPS are local cadre which are rural and urban areas cadre. Rule 21 said, if teacher will require of transfer for changing their cadre then his seniority will be lost after the transfer. That’s why many teachers are now applying for transfer process. School of Nagar chetra are facing a lot problem due to lack of enough teachers. Newly appointed teacher are also getting posting in rural areas school. That’s why government to increase teacher in urban areas. Teacher can fill application form for transfer from rural areas to urban area as well as urban area to rural area schools. Application form will be invited online from the eligible teachers. Transfer will be based on seniority of the teacher. Seniority will also not lost after the transfer.
