Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates
will be based on through the preliminary examination, and physical Test .
Question paper pattern of Pre exam as are following: Candidates shall be required to appear for
the Preliminary Written Test in one paper
(three hours duration) for 200 marks (200 Questions).
candidates in order to qualify in the Preliminary Written
Test in the paper is 40% for OCs; 35% for BCs; and 30% for SCs/STs/Ex- Servicemen.
Questions in written examination will be
objective in nature and will be set in English, Telugu and Urdu languages.
Men and Women candidates must qualify in 1600 Meters run (1
Mile Run) and one out of remaining two events as detailed below:

appear for the final written examination in one paper (three hours duration)
for 100 marks (200 questions).

Awarding of marks: For each question the candidate will be
awarded full marks, if he darkened only one bubble corresponds to the correct
answer. In case, the candidate has not darkened any bubble, he will be awarded zero
mark for that question.
How to apply : After receiving the Payment Receipt from Mee
Seva (e-Seva) / APOnline/ TS Online, the candidate has to visit the websiterecruitment.appolice.gov.in to submit the online application
form.
Application form fee : rs 300 for OC , BC and
rs 150 for SC, ST category candidates.
The candidate has to visit any of the Mee Seva (e-Seva) / AP
Online/ TS Online centers.
