upsc cms exam notification application form 2022 Dates Medical Vacancy

COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICES EXAMINATION, 2021 (CMSE-20210) has announced a notification Advertisement (Vigyapan Sankhya)/ Examination 06 April 2022 Notice Dated 06 April 2022  Administrated by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). 17 July 2022 is the CMS written exam date; conducted by UPSC and published by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Department of Health).There are 41 center of examination all over India. CMS Computer based examination result is likely to be declared in the month of September-October 2022. Candidates can download their e-admit card/ call letter only by using Commission's website www.upsc.gov.in. There will be two MCQ type question paper for written examination of CMS- 2022 with negative marking. Candidates can give exam only on computer.

Eligibility Criteria for UPSC (CMS) online Exam: Age limit should be according to the date 1st January 2022. Candidate’s age should not be more than 32 years.

Educational Qualification: candidates can apply for CMS Examination if
Candidates have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination or   appearing.

Physical and Medical Standard: Candidates must be physically and medically fit on the basis of physical and medical standard.

Selection Procedure/Process:  there will be written (on computer screen) exam and personality test for selecting candidates

Written (COMPUTER BASED) Examination- Candidates can give exam only on computer screen. There will be two question paper, both will be objective type questions paper of 250 marks and for 2 hours duration. Total marks for the written exam is 500. And for each wrong answer marks will be deduced by one third (0.33)

Personality Test/ Interview: After qualifying the written exam candidates will face interview of 100 marks.

Total no. of Question is 120 (30 questions from General Ability, 70 questions from General Medicine and 20 questions from Pediatrics). Total marks is 250 and for 2 hours duration.

(v) Indian Agriculture, Industry, Trade, Transportation and Service Sectors;
(vi) Natural and man made disasters and their management.
(vii) Food adulteration, Food processing, food distribution, food storage and their relevance to public health.
(viii) Recent trends in Science and Technology.

(b) General Medicine-  (General Medicine including Cardiology, Neurology, Dermatology and Psychiatry)

Candidates can contact UPSC’s Counter near Gate ‘C’ of its campus or over Telephone No. 011-23385271/011-23381125/011-23098543 for solving their problem regarding application form.

Application Fee and Mode of Payment: There will be no fee for Female/SC/ST/PH candidates. Candidates can pay the exam fee by both modes (online/offline) that is through net Banking of SBI, and other groups like State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala, State Bank of Travancore or through Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card.
And also candidates can pay the examination fees "Pay by cash" mode at any branch of SBI till the last date .
Rs 200/- is the fee for General and OBC candidates
