Advertisement for recruiting
teachers for the subject Hindi and Sanskrit both through the Special Teachers
Eligibility Test (STET) Examination. As no. of vacancies are still exit for the
posts of Hindi and Classical (Sanskrit
only) Assistant Teachers at Secondary level so, Govt. of Assam has firm to
conduct TET exam. Its expected that STET / Assam Tet written examination will
be held on November 2021 For filing the posts of Graduate teacher . Exact

Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification for Graduate
Teachers for the Subject Hindi and Sanskrit: all candidates will have to come
out and pass in the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the Government
scoring minimum 60% marks for General category and 55% marks for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/Physically
handicapped candidates.
Education qualification:
B.T / B. Ed. Degree is compulsory for Secondary teachers
Bachelor Degree/B.A. in related subject (Hindi/Sanskrit)
with at least 50% marks.
Age Limit: Candidate’s age should not be more than 38 years
as on 01.01.2022
Selection Procedure : The advertisement for the posts of
graduate teachers shall be issued by the concerned School Selection Committee.
The School Selection Committee shall hold interview and prepare a panel of
school wise select list and subject to approval of the District Approval
Committee, the appointment to the post of teacher shall be made from the
selection list as per merit and subject to following government prescribed
Reservations. However, no oral marks shall be there in interview stage.
Validity of the TET Examination Score Card: all candidates who,
pass the teacher eligibility test will get a certificate, which will valid for
5 years from the date of issue of the certificate.
Examination Pattern: There are 100 multiple choice questions
for 100 marks. Each will carry equal marks. It is compulsory that, candidates
have to qualify both the sections separately to qualify the exam.

Syllabus: Candidates can get the syllabus for the TET
EXAMINATION from the website- www.rmsaassam.in
Minimum qualifying cutoff marks: 60% and 5% relaxation will
be given to SC, ST , OBC and PWDEE candidates .
Examination Fee: Rs 400/- is the Cost of the Application
Form.
How to Apply : all eligible candidates can fill application
form in prescribed application form format. Candidates can also download
application form proforma from the official website or RMSA Assam which is
rmsaassam.in
Candidate must have the degree of B.A./ B.T./B.Ed. in
related subject.
Age should not be more than 38 years.
