Name of the post: Regarding the selection on the vacant posts of District Coordinator (Girls Education) , District Coordinator (Community Participation), District Coordinator (Training).
Selection Process : Through Out Sourcing
Under Samagra Shiksha, District Coordinator (Training), District Coordinator (Girl Education) and District Coordinator Post Notification has been publishhed,. These DC will be appointed through the selected service provider from GeM portal through outsourcing. These DC will be appointed for the smooth execution of activities in the districts and proper monitoring of management works. (Community Participation)
The process of selection on the currently vacant posts and the posts to be vacant in the future, in the order of the Honorable Executive Committee's decision dated 19.07.2022 regarding qualification, experience, age limit and honorarium for them.
The qualification, experience, age limit and honorarium for them are determined as follows:
Educational qualification
Institutionally passed MBA from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 60% marks or
PGDM or Master in Management studies from a recognized institution with one year computer diploma with working knowledge of computer and
02 years experience of working in a recognized and reputed organization/institution related to program management at district level.
Preference to B.Ed/M.Ed.
Age Limit Prescribed Honorarium Mode of Selection : 21-45 Years.
Fixed Honorarium : Rs.40,000/- per month fixed. Selected service provider from GeM Portal.

Following process will be compulsorily followed in the selection of vacant posts of District Coordinator (Training), District Coordinator (Girls Education) and District Coordinator (Community Participation):
In view of the need of work under Samagra Shiksha, the District Coordinator (Training), District Coordinator (Girls Education) and District Coordinator (Community Participation) will be tied on contract basis (through the selected service provider from GeM portal). The entire selection/binding process was done by the committee constituted under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate at the district level by inviting tenders on the Gem portal.
